Virtual classrooms and webinars offer flexibility of location and are ideal for a workforce that is time poor or geographically spread. At the TSA Academy we also pride ourselves on designing and delivering interactive workshop style virtual sessions that draw on everything we know about how people learn. Virtual sessions include discussions, practical explorations of concepts and new ideas as well as introducing new ideas in a visual, engaging and memorable way.

Virtual training can be delivered as a one off, as a series of virtual modules or as part of a blended programme that includes elements like informal activities, face to face training, access to online resources or peer mentoring and coaching.
