In-house face to face training

Interactive, practical workshops that can be off the shelf, tailored or fully bespoke to meet your needs.

Our work comes from years of face to face delivery, and we work alongside learners to create interactive sessions where they can share their experiences and knowledge, practice behaviours and explore new ideas and concepts. Each of our facilitators is skilled at getting the best from the group, creating a safe space to try new things and to discuss difficult topics as well as the ability to energise and motivate towards new ways of working.

Face to face training can be delivered as a one off, as a series of face to face modules or as part of a blended programme that includes elements like informal activities, virtual training, access to online resources or peer mentoring and coaching.
