Delta Wellbeing is a Local Authority Trading Company, owned by Carmarthenshire County Council, which provides assistive technology and proactive monitoring to support older and vulnerable people to live more independently. The Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre (DHI) is one of Scotland’s seven innovation centres. It is a national resource, funded by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Funding Council, and has its head office within the Glasgow City Innovation District. It’s a world-leading collaboration between The Glasgow School of Art and The University of Strathclyde, with a focus on innovating in digital health and care to help the people of Scotland live longer, healthier lives while providing sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Their work focuses on four areas: facilitating collaboration between academic, industry, public and third sector partners, undertaking projects that address key health challenges, providing a cloud-based infrastructure to support data-sharing, and supporting the development of future skills and talent for the sector.

Dimensions began supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs out of institutions, helping them lead ordinary lives in their local communities. Forty years on, our work is fundamentally unchanged: we support people with learning disabilities and autism to have a louder voice, choice and control in their lives. Our 7000 colleagues deliver ambitious, effective, personalised support often with those whose previous support has not been successful. Working alongside our colleagues are family members and many of the people we support. They could be quality checkers, interviewers or members of our Council. Droplet Reminders talk to you and flash to remind you to drink. Droplet Trackers do everything Droplet Reminders do and in addition are internet-connected, measure what you drink and when, and compare it with your target fluid intake throughout the day. Our API makes the same data easily available to health monitoring platforms.
