Empowering Technicians: M​astering Alert-iT Technology Workshops

Maximise the benefits of Alert-iT technology with confidence, efficiency, and safety while using the Companion Mini Range and other products from our portfolio.

We recognise the crucial role that technicians play in supporting individuals and care facilities, as well as the complexities of utilising various technologies. If you are interested in organising a complimentary workshop for your colleagues and co-workers, our friendly, fully trained, and experienced team members are ready to assist. They will ensure that you gain a comprehensive understanding of the operation, testing, and fault investigation of our assistive technology. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completing the training, which is conducted in a single session.

Should anyone be unable to attend the initial session, additional catch-up sessions can be scheduled, although these may incur a charge. Depending on the location, training can be conducted in person or via Teams. Our sessions are designed to be straightforward and interactive, and upon course completion, all training materials are provided.
