12 November 2024

  • Up to £1m of matched funding available to address current resource and budget pressures
  • Proactive Care Fund responds to procurement challenges in system and will significantly accelerate adoption of lifestyle monitoring technology
  • Lilli technology is already supporting organisations across the UK to free up carer hours and accelerate hospital discharge

Lilli, the SaaS company using a proactive lifestyle monitoring technology to revolutionise care, has relaunched a funding opportunity to support organisations address barriers to accelerate the adoption of lifestyle monitoring technology. The Proactive Care Fund provides access to up to £1,000,000 of matched funding to transform care and support people to live independently for longer.

As adult social care services continue to face immense strain across all corners of the system, Lilli can help to generate additional resources and cost savings. The solution works by monitoring patterns of behaviour and indicators of wellbeing to help care professionals make accurate assessments and right-size care packages.

Evidence from councils shows that organisations using Lilli can achieve savings excess of £30,000 a week in their adult social care budgets, accelerate hospital discharge by 16 days and save over 7,000 additional carer hours in just six months, while supporting people to live safely in their own homes.

Last year, several organisations across the UK successfully procured Lilli through the first Proactive Care Fund to drive digital transformation and system improvements, including North Central London ICB and Medway Council.

Phil Darby, ASC Commissioning Lead for Markets at North Central London ICB, said: “The NCL boroughs applied for the Proactive Care Fund to help support our residents to maximise their independence and remain living at home through the use of the innovative Lilli system. The application process for the fund was comprehensive yet accessible and the funding provided has enabled a wider roll out of Lilli than originally anticipated, allowing us to support a greater number of residents.”

The Proactive Care Fund is available through a quick and streamlined application process and supports organisations to take advantage of the significant efficiencies, savings and improved health outcomes available through technology.

To apply and for more information, organisations across England, Scotland and Wales should email pcf@intelligentlilli.com for an application pack before the end of 5th December 2024 for commencement of contracts in the new year.
