Care Connect is a 24-hour, seven day a week, 365 day a year alarm service that provides monitoring and response if you need help at home. We give you the support to remain living independently. Our alarm allows you to call for assistance at one push of a button if you feel unwell, have an accident, or have a fall at home. We will immediately reply to your call, make sure you're okay or call the emergency services. Not only will you feel safer in your own home, your personal alarm will also offer peace of mind to your family and friends.
