She then joined central government, influencing national policy and driving funding to accelerate digital adoption in care. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on the sector’s challenges, from frontline service delivery to policy and technology integration. She is committed to improving quality standards, fostering innovation, and championing the vital role of the sector in society.
