Paul Berney is the Principal Associate for the TEC Services Association, leading all of their consultancy and sector support activities. He is the author of their recently published blueprint "Unlocking the Power of Proactive and Preventative Care Services". Paul is a recognised expert in Technology Enabled Care services with over eight years of experience in the sector. Paul's strengths include proposition development and brand creation, having previously led a Connected Care company to become a market leader. He focuses on developing strategy and approaches to market development and excels at communicating complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Paul has over 30 years' experience across multiple sectors and industries in a variety of senior sales, marketing, commercial and leadership roles.
