S​tuart Cole

For the past seven years, Stuart has worked at Mole Valley District Council as the Independent Living Services Manager, where he is responsible for a variety of community-based services, including the TEC Service across East Surrey.

Over the last four years, Stuart has been the strategic and operational lead for Mole Valley Life, where in partnership with Surrey County Council, he has developed a new proactive monitoring service using data and insights. This has also included the development of an integrated Community Wellbeing Responder Service in collaboration with Surrey County Council, South-East Coast Ambulance Service, and the NHS Urgent Community Response in Surrey Heartlands.

Stuart is passionate about leading change and developing a new model of service delivery that meets the needs of service users. His focus is on empowering and enabling individuals to maintain independence, live where they choose, and remain connected to their communities.
