With over 7 years of experience in the telecare sector, Lisa is a passionate and results-oriented Operations Director . She has a strong track record of creating and executing operational strategies that support ambitious growth plans, deliver operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance and good governance.

Lisa is driven by the mission of enhancing the quality of life and independence of our customers through innovative and customer-centric services. She has a particular interest in exploring opportunities to develop capacity within the workforce, identifying how we can continue to improve the sector and forge the links between TEC and other inter-dependent sectors including education, social care, health and housing.

Lisa is married with two grown up girls and have a springer / poodle cross that is full of energy so lots of long walks keep me fit.
