H​elen Loveday

Helen has worked for TEC Quality for 3 years and now as Head of Quality and Improvement has worked with external stakeholders to promote the Quality Standards Framework (QSF) to the TEC and Community Equipment Sector.

Previously from a TEC Sector and Housing background, Helen has experience of the functions of a busy TEC service alongside the tender process, implementation and mobilisation of new contracts and partners.

Helen drives organisations to embed Quality and Safety alongside Continuous and Innovation into Service Delivery through the QSF audit process, supporting organisations to achieve and improve.
