Steve has led the delivery of large-scale programmes in technology enabled care for over 20 years, and has operated as research and development director, CTO and board director. He now provides strategic consultancy to the health, care and telecommunications sectors. Within TSA, Steve leads on Technology Strategy and Business Strategy and supports the TEC Quality Improvement Programme. His most recent contributions have included:

Previously, Steve operated as Head of Research for a large mental health trust and has spent much of his career delivering safety and life critical systems, originally in the nuclear, rail and aero transport industries before moving into telecare and health monitoring systems.
