TSA has built a range of face-to-face training packages and eLearning resources designed to provide members and others working in the TEC sector with the key knowledge required for work within the industry and to fulfil career ambitions and organisational objectives.
The TSA are aiming to offer a full portfolio of courses that apply across the whole TEC sector, either directly using our own team of experienced trainers or via partnerships and recommendations with third parties. Our training portfolio is constantly developing in line with the sector and we see this provision seamlessly dovetailing in to other TSA member services.
We offer CPD certified bespoke group courses anywhere in the UK. Our training team are all experienced telecare professionals and qualified trainers.
Developed by the TSA, this range of training packages has been designed to support good quality service delivery under the TSA Quality Standards Framework. Each training session aims to develop skills, knowledge and understanding, build expertise and raise awareness for how Technology Enabled Care can support the delivery of integrated services to enable health and wellbeing and maintain independent living for service users and customers.
The TSA and Learning Curve Group have partnered to offer a suite of flexible learning courses that compliment Technology Enabled Care and Social Care training and qualifications. Whilst not role-specific, these courses explore topics in depth over a period of time and should ideally be preceded by or combined with our level 1 CPD certified TEC specific group courses.
This free to members online tool measures the skill and knowledge levels of TEC staff working in Call Handling, Installation and Assessment of TEC Equipment and Responder Services.

This module has been developed with the support of London Fire Brigade to raise awareness, and increase knowledge of how to recognise what may present a fire risk, what you as an individual can do to minimize that risk, and possible solutions.
Many fire incidents which involve vulnerable people have similar characteristics and have involved some form of care provision for the individual, some have incorporated the use of fire detection and/or monitoring equipment (Telecare) as part of their care package.
