Covid-19 Statement from Tunstall

In light of the latest Government legislation, we would like to update our customers on Tunstall’s operating procedures during the second COVID-19 national lockdown.

As a business, we have taken all necessary actions to support our customers in delivering their vital services during the pandemic, and we will continue to work closely with them over coming weeks and months to protect the safety and wellbeing of staff, customers and the people they support.

Ahead of the new national restrictions being introduced on 5th November, we have advised all staff who can effectively perform their job role at home to do so.

Specific teams, such as Manufacturing, Tunstall Response, Operations, I&D and Customer Services, whose functions cannot be delivered at home, will continue to undertake some office-based work, whilst maintaining strict adherence to Government guidance on social distancing and workplace safety.

Tunstall staff remain dedicated to providing every possible support to customers and service users during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. We have been able to respond and adapt quickly to the recent changes, and therefore foresee no indications of disruption to our services as a result of the latest legislation. We will continue to issue further updates as and if required.
